I cannot describe how thankful I am that Prof extended the deadline for my ELL assignment by four days!
and another group project down today. ooosh!
will be working real hard tonight for another one down tomorrow. yay.

even ended our last changing landscapes DG with lunch. :)

had a horrible nightmare yesterday, really could not sleep well. the sort that you wake up halfway and your dream continues where it left off, and then you wake up again, and it continues when you force yourself to go back to bed…

it’s really not a pleasant dream at all, but it was so real i’m going to type it out as a form of recollection. chris says when you are cold, you tend to have nightmares. maybe? but maybe it was also because of the new media violence video clips that was screened during our new media lecture in the morning. :( so traumatising.

it was about a psychopath who basically massacred [my] household (visualise counterstrike or something: people getting shot or bombed up from a distance) and [i] had to look out for my two brothers (we were the only ones who survived the attack). but the psychopath’s back with a vengence, and the police predicts he’ll try to hunt usĀ  survivors down, so my brothers and i moved to a secluded apartment (some empty bombshelter-like place with white-washed walls). we’re suppose to keep mum about our identities, our current address, everything. when we leave home we take lots of care not to attract attention, when we make phonecalls or travel with our ezlink cards, we take care of suspicious people following us.. all these while the police tries to crack the case and arrest the psychopath. then one day my two brothers and i were on the public bus, and we bumped into an old friend, and somehow something slipped our tongue and we quickly asked our friend to hush! about it (our circumstance). and then lo and behold! we saw the guy next to us TURN and glare at us with a sparkle in his eye. with the kind of murderous, intensive: ‘aha! i found you!’ look, and i immediately recognised him as the psychopath. and the feeling of ‘oh man we’re going to die’ struck us all because gosh now the psychopath found us, but it was on a public bus so he couldn’t do anything. and we sat on the bus knowing that [death], or whatever else, was awaiting us at the end of the journey, with no means of escape…
